Shipping policy

Slate & Fold Packaging is operated by Select Gift Boxes Inc, a U.S. company. Ready-stock and custom packaging orders are fulfilled from our China facility. This policy explains processing time, transit estimates, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, and delivery support.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders—including orders with logo printing—are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after we receive a properly completed order and cleared payment. For logo-printed orders, the processing period begins after final proof approval.

Fully custom and made-to-order packaging typically requires about 20 business days of production after cleared payment and completion of all production requirements, including final artwork, specifications, and any required sample approval. The actual schedule may vary with order quantity, materials, finishing requirements, and production complexity and will be confirmed in the written quote. Production does not begin while required information or approval is outstanding.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed at the fulfillment location. Large quantities, special materials, or unusually complex production may require a separately confirmed schedule.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Eligible ready-to-ship orders placed through a supported online DDP checkout destination are offered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), door-to-door basis. Each applicable shipping option shown at checkout is a DDP delivery service. The product amount and the weight-based shipping charge shown at checkout together form the complete DDP price for the order.

Current supported online DDP checkout destinations are the United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, and New Zealand. Destination availability is determined by the country selector and checkout. A destination that is not available for online checkout is not covered by this ready-to-ship DDP promise.

Oversized, fully custom, or made-to-order packaging may require a written freight quote before payment or production begins. The written quote will state the delivery method, shipping charge, and whether DDP service applies.

For eligible U.S. ready-stock orders, the estimated transit time after dispatch is 20–30 business days by Expedited Sea Freight or 30–40 business days by Sea Freight. Standard order processing occurs before dispatch and is separate from these transit estimates. Exact available methods, rates, and the delivery estimate for each service are shown at checkout.

For eligible ready-stock orders to Australia, Sea Freight, when available at checkout, is estimated at 40–50 business days in transit after dispatch. Standard ready-to-ship processing normally requires 1–3 business days before dispatch and is separate from the Sea Freight transit estimate. Exact available methods, total cost, and the 40–50-business-day Sea Freight estimate are shown at checkout.

For eligible ready-stock orders to Canada and New Zealand, Sea Freight, when available at checkout, is estimated at 30–40 business days in transit after dispatch. Standard ready-to-ship processing normally requires 1–3 business days before dispatch and is separate from the Sea Freight transit estimate. Exact available methods, total cost, and the 30–40-business-day Sea Freight estimate are shown at checkout.

For eligible ready-stock orders to other supported online DDP destinations outside the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, Sea Freight, when available at checkout, is estimated at 25–35 business days in transit after dispatch. Standard ready-to-ship processing normally requires 1–3 business days before dispatch and is separate from the Sea Freight transit estimate. Exact available methods, total cost, and the 25–35-business-day Sea Freight estimate are shown at checkout. Fully custom packaging and other quoted orders follow the production and delivery schedule confirmed in the written quote.
