Can I cancel or return an order?
Unshipped standard orders may be canceled before dispatch. Logo-printed or fully custom orders cannot be canceled after printing or custom production begins. Unprinted ready-to-ship boxes may be eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping to China paid by the customer. Logo-printed and fully custom orders are not returnable for non-quality reasons. For a quality issue, contact us with photos; approved quality-issue return costs are covered by us.
